Dale Davis

endeavOR Board Chairman

Born and raised in the Farmington area, Dale joined the Marine Corps in 1991 and returned to Farmington in 1995. He and his wife Rhonda have 4 children and 13 grandchildren, the oldest is Aidan, who the Davis’ adopted and are raising. Dale has had careers in various industries but for the past 15 years has been the General Manager of a class 8 truck dealership. He purchased 505 Cycles due to his love of mountain biking and Rhonda’s willingness to support the shop, as well as 505 Cycles being a great retirement plan.

OR PASSIONS: Everything mountain biking, shooting, and hiking

Edna Trager

Edna has been a member of endeavOR since 2020. She is also the former Mayor of Elephant Butte, NM. Through her business Zia Kayaks, she and her husband sell kayaks and fishing equipment to enthusiasts from all over New Mexico and surrounding states; they also rent kayaks and paddle boards. They stay informed regarding outdoor activities so they can share information and referrals with our customers who enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. She is a “Friend” of Elephant Butte Lake, attending outdoor expos, meetings and outreach programs, etc. as an advocate for all outdoor enthusiasts.

OR PASSIONS: Kayaking, paddling

Kristin Pulatie

Kristin grew up in Arizona and feels most at home in the high desert. After spending her college years skiing in Boulder, she moved to Chicago and became a marathoner and triathlete. After a few years, she felt the pull of the mountains and headed to western Colorado before settling in Santa Fe. Previously, Kristin worked as a lawyer and a public health professional; in 2021 she started an outdoor gear and apparel consignment business: Atalaya Outfitters. When she isn't working at her shop, Kristin spends time with her rescue hounds, Ridley, Rufus, and Jake. An avid skier, cyclist, trail runner, and aspiring bikepacker, Kristin also volunteers with SheJumps and serves on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the City of Santa Fe.

Dustin Berg

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dustin is a passionate outdoorsman who loves to fish, hunt, cycle, camp and explore all things outdoors. In 2005, he founded the non-profit organization, Global Opportunities Unlimited, to ensure outdoor sports, recreation and therapy were available to the mobility limited community in New Mexico. Dustin has a back ground in business development and is the author of NMDGF Weekly Fishing Report. He is a loving father and husband who cherishes time spent outdoors with family.

OR PASSIONS: Fishing, hunting, cycling, camping, boating, and wildlife viewing

Jared Chatterley

Jared has a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University. Since graduation he has worked in the outdoor recreation industry in both the public and private sectors from Canada to Florida. He is the owner/operator of Legend by Lantern Light Tours and founder and race director of the Purgatory 4 Adventure Relay. He also created and developed the Climax Canyon National Recreation Trail. He lives with his wife and 3 children in Raton, NM.

OR PASSIONS: Back packing, fly fishing, water sports

Roger Pattison

Initially, Roger had to sell his reluctant parents on the idea of him riding motorcycles, but once he got rolling, two-wheeled sports became a defining element in his life. Roger is an event promoter, trail builder, and strong supporter of motorized tourism for economic development in New Mexico. Statewide, Roger works with the NM OHV Alliance (NMOHVA) and small clubs to connect volunteers and funding with public land managers, working for increased riding opportunities.

As Papa Roger of four grandchildren, he enjoys time with family as much as possible these days, traveling across New Mexico and to the NW coast.

Ernie Kos

Ernie has served as the executive director of the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce for 25 years. She is responsible for the coordination of the chamber’s program of work, tourism and special events, membership development, government affairs, and community development.

In addition to chamber work, Ernie is very active in the community, serving on numerous boards and committees not only locally, but also statewide. Ernie is married to Ron Kos and they have three children, Ryan, Jason and Christen, three grandsons, Jayden, Keller, and Olen and a granddaughter, Kimber.

Davin Lopez

As president & CEO of Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA), Davin has been directly involved in growing Economic Development (E.D.) opportunities in New Mexico for 20 years, first with the NM Partnership and now 14 years as President & CEO of MVEDA in the NM Borderplex. Over the past 8 years, he has taken a growing interest in OR activities both, personally, and also as an opportunity for E.D. growth. His vision for E.D. success has always been to leverage our existing assets to define our target industries. He have envisioned that within our bi-national manufacturing region, NM has assets in place that could support product development for the OR sector, creating an environment to both attract existing brands and support growth of new entrepreneurial brands. These experiences would positively impact endeavOR's mission of expanding the OR industry and the fostering of an OR industry eco-system.

James Glover

Co-Director/Secretary

James gained his love for the outdoors while working college summers at Crater Lake National Park. In 1991, Glover moved to New Mexico to access the state’s diverse outdoor recreation offerings. Glover is a consultant who drives branding, economic development, tourism, and outdoor recreation initiatives for New Mexico communities. Glover is one of the state’s foremost leaders in advancing rural outdoor economies. He supported the launch of Farmington’s Outdoor Recreation Industry Initiative (ORII) and is currently an advisory board member for the New Mexico Outdoor Recreation Division. James loves mountain biking, which is why his license plate reads: LUV2MTB.

Marianne Tenenbaum

Co-Director

Marianne learned to appreciate being outdoors on the beaches of Long Island where she grew up. Upon relocating to Arizona, she loved hiking in the desert, wildlife viewing and playing golf in the spectacular landscapes of the Southwest. Seeking a climate with four seasons, Marianne moved to New Mexico and is enjoying the wide variety of outdoor recreation offerings and experience that the State has to offer. Tenenbaum is a consultant managing client branding, economic development, tourism, and outdoor recreation projects. She has a strong background in accounting and operations and spent most of her career at Fortune 25 Financial Services companies.

Teal Harbin

Advisor

Teal is founder and CEO of Base-Medical. She is an experienced wilderness paramedic and instructor certified in Mountain Medicine and Rescue. Her background includes ski patrol, mountain rescue, firefighting, pediatric emergency medicine, remote medicine, telemedicine, and international medicine. Teal began her medical career as a ski patroller, fire fighter, and technician in a pediatric level one trauma center in New Mexico. She then moved on to instruct remote medicine in the PNW and coordinate medical evacuations worldwide.

OR PASSIONS: Mountaineering, backcountry skiing, rock & ice climbing, and trail running
