The Los Alamos Outdoor Rec Tec Summit (dba Insanovation) is geared up to be the nation’s premier gathering for strategic discussions to advance innovation for outdoor recreation gear , manufacturing and environmental sustainability.
Insanovation will provide small, intimate theme-based forums and one-on-one discussions between outdoor brand/product/R&D managers and Los Alamos National Lab (LANL) engineers and scientists. The town of Los Alamos has the most doctorate degrees in the nation!
The goal of Insanovation is to enable outdoor gear and apparel managers to leave the gathering with technical questions answered like “How can I make our tents more waterproof and windproof?” or “Is it possible to make a climbing rope lighter and stronger?” or “How can we extend the battery life for our line of e-bikes?”
